I’ve been so busy, it’s really insane…
so yesterday I grabbed a sketch I’d done awhile back….
one with a little ‘Victorian’ inspiration…
I haven’t just sat down and painted in far too long…
so I’m painting fast and furious in short bursts between other projects…
Go, paint something, even if you really don’t have time! Especially if you really don’t have time~
I have been painting tonight — and it does feel good. Great piece here. I love the dangly houses.
love your picture! the lady with the big ruff. It’s inspired me to try something ‘out of the box’ myself today
I love love this piece!! What you said is so absolutely true just get the hands down to paint to get messy even we’re extremely busy.
Thank you Pam for the idea!!
j’adore !! ♥
Thanks a lot for inspiration!
Your victorian painting is beautiful!!!
Love to follow your blog!
Solvaar:)
That’s just about the way that I have been working here lately! You’re right – just a little every day.
Beautiful painting, I love the little buildings dangling from her collar, and the face and collar are lovely to look at.
I once heard someone say regarding meditation, but I think it applies to painting as well: “You should meditate for at least a half hour every day, but if you are really busy, you should meditate for an hour.
She is just beautiful. Your work is always so inventive – I love her exquisite collar – with the houses hanging down from it – lovely! that you thought to hang them there – really special.
She’s lovely, Pam. Thanks for the inspiration…
Thank you so much for sharing this!!! This is exactlywhat I needed today!!
