About the location--the area of Paris that we’ve chosen is in the 18th
Arrondismont. Besides the fact that it’s a good, picturesque and safe area with
good metro stops, we chose it because studio apartment rentals in the same area
are very affordable. For example, one week in a studio apartment in the same
Arrondissment is going for about $400/person, dble occupancy. That’s for the
WEEK, not per night.
Let us know if you have any questions. Below is the website we like for reserving apartments in Paris. Another economical way to go is by requesting a flight/hotel package at Expedia.com. For the time period of this workshop, we saw 5 night/6 day packages for as low as $1200.
